Investment Builders Inc. is one of the leading tax credit development companies in the state of Texas and El Paso. The company has developed and built over 8000 units in total with over 2500 units (over 30 developments) in the city of El Paso and has been recognized and supported by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Ike J. Monty, President, has been actively involved in housing developments for over 42 years and is a native El Pasoan.
Community
Ike J. Monty and IBI’s senior executives involve themselves in a variety of local and national organizations, staying connected to the community. Monty is a former board member of the Medical Center of the Americas Foundation, the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers, the El Paso Country Day School, and the El Paso Diabetes Association. Monty has also served as a public interest director for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.
